Your personal information is information about you such as your name, contact details and records of our dealings with you. We collect your personal information in order to provide you with access to the Park’nPay App and our Services and for other government activities.
In order to access the App and our Services, you must provide us with your email address, your vehicle's details including its registration number and state, your billing information such as your debit or credit card details and your selected meter location. To personalise your App experience and our Services, you can choose to provide us with your full name, your mobile number, a photo of you, a photo of your vehicle, and further details of your vehicle including its type, colour, and manufacturer.
We collect your personal information directly from you. We may disclose your personal information to third parties such as our service providers, professional advisers, government and related authorities, our analytics partner, payment gateway provider, Meter tariff providers for the respective councils and NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service, your own agents and representatives, and as required or authorised by law. We will disclose your vehicle registration number and state to Meter Tariff providers used by the councils & NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service to register your parking transaction and for the provision of the PayPal Braintree online payment service. We store all other personal information collected from you in our local data centres. We do not transfer your personal information overseas.
You have the right to access your personal information held by us without excessive delay or expense. You also have the right to have your personal information updated, corrected or amended where necessary, for instance, where the information is inaccurate.
